Hey guys, can anyone tell me why it doesn't change my sprint speed when I change it in the console?

It says it's been set but I still run the same speed. But using player.setav speedmult works fine

also, is there any way to change the fall damage to 0? and change the shout recharge to 0 seconds?

    Thanks

This thread has been very helpful in almost every single way, except for the one way I was looking for; How to spawn NPC's.

I'm looking for a way to spawn enemies and I know the best way to do that is with the "player.placeatme [ID-code]"-command, but I can't for the love of god find the NPC ID's.

I tried with some Oblivion NPC-codes, but they didn't seem to work (Not that it surprised me).

I also tried Tnor's item ID compilation (Many thanks for that, it's awesome!), but I couldn't find the codes in there. If they are in there, please tell me what page 'cause I miss some sort of index. :<

modav doesn't seem to do anything. Even though I have over 2000 one handed skill the damage still the same. Maybe I am doing something wrong_

Does increasing a skill beyond 100 have any benefit?

I'm pretty sure it's doesn't. From what I can tell the number representing a skill's level seems to primarily determine what perks you're allowed to pick from that category in Skyrim, unlike previous Elder Scroll games. Since at 100 you can pick any from that category there isn't really any point of going over that.

The skill level doesn't do anything except act as a perk restriction. In your case, in order to increase 1-handed damage, you need to get the perk that does it.
