Well, i finally got the trainer works...
Solution is :
Another 2393.1 version of LANoire.exe overwrittened and executed,
and Trainer 2390.1 version executed, it's done!
Trainer Works Perfect.
I just don't know why this is happen, but this issue is solved to me.

Okay your gonna have to explain this. Did you have both the 2393 n 2390 versions open together and executed?

There are quite a lot of cheat-mods on this site and I've discussed modding for cheats in many other game forums on CH.

The boys here do not like mentions of pirated stuff, its a big no no. If you absolutely have to mention it, you have to be discreet about it.

An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.

I believe he means use the trainer version 2390.1(first trainer released) for the patched 2393.1 exe/game. I tried it and yes the first trainer works on patch 2393.1 also.
