Battlefield 3 Message Board  

Can someone please Explain to me how do i setup Coop on Battlefield3 to play it with my best mate on my Own server. i click on the coop but just shows quick match for random players. i don't want that i want to play it with my mate on my own server. just can't seem to find how to?

If it's on PC, you have your friend added on origin and you make a party with him. You then select the co-op, pick your mission and select join with friend. It's how I got it to work with my friend at least, dunno if you're on a console.

Yes i am on pc. Thanks very much OldTask. that info was right-on! did exactly that and now can play COOP with best mate.
just now need to work out how to do that using my own Battlefield3 Server. once i have my server all sorted with all maps and gam types, will be avail for CheatHappens Members to freely come and play.

You can't play co-op on a rented/bought server. Player who invites another player is the host, meaning it's Peer2Peer type of connection (Games for Windows LIVE style).
