ive been using origin since it started and for BF3 and i really dont find anything wrong with it if am not playing a origin game it gets turned off if i am using it steam gets turned off simple as

as for ME3 its a origin game it will need origin to play so its safe to say it will be the ver that gets trainerd if it does

I just un installed and its not asked to do anything just installed and has been fine. Even re installed ME3 Demo and UAC and its not asked for superuser rights.

@goldsaiyan - I beleve they will and even there other trainers they have for like sims 3 god father 2 that I have had installed through Orign worth with it.

Yeah am local admin on my unit to and network but I keep the User Account Control on. I only allow what I want to have admin rights or Superuser rights. Its there for security reasons. But truthfully there is nothing wrong with Origin at all. Its just like Steam and any other DP. I feel this subject should be dropped.

    THANK YOU!

I'm tired of hearing the complaining about Origin (Formerly EA Download Manager) with no real reason other than a hatred for EA.

I for one, could care less who publishes the game; if I want the game, I'll buy it regardless. I actually LIKE ORIGIN (And STEAM for that matter) simply because I have literally THOUSANDS of PC games and am getting tired of trying to locate places to store the disks. I've only had one problem in the past 15 or so years with EA. I had some how exceeded the activation limit on Need for Speed Hot Pursuit. I hit EA's support and they corrected the issue within about 15 minutes. OK so I was out 15 minutes of my time for crappy copy protection.

The fact of the matter is, I'm quite happy and satisfied with EA and really looking forward to ME3.

Oh, and about the constant question about trainers working with "origin" versions of the games; I've run every game I have in Origin off either the STEAM or RETAIL trainer one of the two works so I've never gone without a trainer just because the game was downloaded through Origin.

And that's half the problem - people accept things without question, and automatically assume all the hate from everyone else is because of a petty dislike for the company behind it.

If you actually read most of the posts here, you'll find genuine concerns and issues with the platform, not hate for EA themselves (obviously there's hate for EA here, since it's a topic about an EA product, but that isn't the main topic of conversation or justification for it).
