    A zerg invasion is more likely than a zombie outbreak so I have no clue why you would waste such time preparing inadequate defenses for zombies when they wouldn't hold up at all against a swarm of mutalisks or ultralisks.

    This is clearly slanderous towards an underrepresented demographic, and I for one take great offense to this topic. The living impaired would clearly present a more than adequate defense against the Zerg, should they break the U(nited).G(alaxy). Armistice Provision #11B-7/2, more commonly known to the public as "One Meat, One Galaxy" ceasefire and force them into a position where they must defend their freedoms. I would like to point out such disadvantages as:

    * Zerg over-reliance on outdated tusk-based weaponry
    * Zerg controversial stockpiling of illegal bioweapons
    * Illegal deployment of Zerg troops to the deserts of Char, against the protests of the U.G. Security Council, resulting in a 5 year war with no end in sight

    These are but three of the many things the living impaired see as critical flaws in Zerg military and political strategy. The living impaired also wish to remind all readers that they strongly believe that despite differences in ideology, philosophy, and biology, a war between their people and the Zerg would only serve to further the interests of the true threat to both nations: the humans.

    You forget the Zerg's greatest strength. The Sauron Zerg technique. If they get their hands on enough resources, they could at anytime overload whatever they want by sheer army size. No commander nor executor in the universe has ever survived a Sauron Zerg swarm. Many have fought valiantly for hours and days but still meet a bitter end.

    Their cerebrates are not to be underestimated. They are strategic masterminds. Knowing where to position troops in versatile places to defend and threaten to exploit the slightest weakness even if vulnerable for a split second at the same time.

    I like to think that with all the zombie films, games, and books that have come out in the last decade that the world would know what to do during a zombie outbreak.

    in terms of what i've learnt through games, if a zombie outbreak happens, then grab a gun and run at the biggest swarm of them, ditto for the aliens

    You must remember that the term "zombie" is generic so it is technically and legally considered a common word, therefore it cannot be copyrighted, trademarked, etc. The term "zerg" is most likely part of a proprietary license owned by Blizzard in reference to their Starcraft line of games and most likely cannot be used by another company unless they pay royalties. Therefore, by proxy, references to zombies are legally easier to make and are more numerous. This argument doesn't even touch upon the marketability aspect of zombies vs. zergs or the popularity aspects of the two either, which arguably may have somewhat of an impact upon the argument stated by Neo's initial post.
