You still need to get enough certs to get a buggy gun b4 Sally gives you the job. I'm gonna park this turkey until the next combat shooters come out. I hate console race crap. Too bad, ID was making me enjoy their shooter variations. Console racing crap? I really don't want to find my PC-Xbox controller just to get through a small segment of their game..YES, I'm too old for racing sims! Might be nice for a CH race cert cheat..but whatever.

Sally is the bartender in Wellspring.

Sally is in a bar near the entrance to the city of Wellspring, you have to go up some stairs to the left and into the open doorway. If I remember right, I /think/ it's near the garage.

I have no desire for racing to earn certs. Also after a race is done, you can only get certs from killing bandits, which is even slower. It would be nice to see this option in a trainer if apparently it is so easy to do.

Dude, seriously? Read my first post in this topic. Killing one bandit is enough to cheat to get 99 certificates, you could have three hundred certs in about five-ten minutes.

The best way to do it is use infinite boost in a time trial race in Wellspring. After that buy the miniguns and get the bandit quest from Sandy. Go out and kill a bandit and then check your inventory. There should be a skull in your inventory. Use the Mega Items cheat that is in the trainer and then you should have 99 skulls.

Trade them into Sandy at the bar and you should get 99 racing certificates. That is how I got all the upgrades for my car.

Of course I read your post. The issue is, that I don't want 99 of everything. I prefer to use cheats to get past certain aspects I don't enjoy, rather than ruin the entire game by using them excessively. Otherwise It would be simpler to use the command console.

This wouldn't be such an issue if I could drop my inventory like an RPG, but there isn't much option here.
