Apparently no one is doing what you have said. Looks to me you're the troll here.

Their message is that they hope CH team can be more patient towards people who may seem rude at first (note how the guy got warned apologize; he didn't meant that; he just didn't understand their culture).

How is this not constructive? They were hoping there was not another flame war so they told them about customer service and all that.

My whole point was even about pulling the trainer guys! It was about how PWizard and Cal handled the situation... I felt that the situation could've been handled much better! And to people saying this is not a business.... seriously?!

A good way to have handled this was to yes, pull the trainer, let everyone know that they have indeed found problems with it and unfortunately there's no ETA until they resolve it and MOVE ON..


I dont know about you but when the owners of a site are going to THREATEN everyone by saying well since you guys are ****s, you might even get a trainer now, well I find that to be a bit unprofessional.

Pull the trainer yes, don't give an ETA yes, but don't let 99% of the userbase feel like they are being punished for the action of a few. If even ONE person decides that he wont renew his membership after this, that would have been indication that it was handled badly

Again, I love this site, I appreciate all of the hard work that goes into it but don't ruin the respect that even one of us has for you by acting like that because frankly I found it very childish and unprofessional.

hey everyone. I sincerely apologize that this has gotten out of hand. i can likely update the trainer fairly quickly when i get to it. like i said before this weekend is a bad weekend to try and do alot of work for alot of reasons (one of which is that I am working from out of town, which poses some problems at times), which is why i wanted to get the trainer to you guys before i left and before other work got ahead of it. i don't think we need to keep beating a dead horse here. i realize that we need to revisit the trainer and we told you that it might be some time before i can get back to it. there is also another soccer game out right now as well and then fifa manager or whatever will not be long after it. we will work on all of these soccer games. this was just a bad timing issue and it might have been best if we just waited until i got back from out of town and could look at this title more completely instead of trying to get something to you quickly. i hope 'some' of the options are at least helpful. i can look at this when i get back and the list of other titles that are just as important has been cut into a bit.

Firstly can I say thanks to the great staff at cheathappens.com that provide the best trainers on the net for an insanely low price ($3 a month).

I am curious though as to why the trainer cant be left up? People claimed it worked, and I've seen trainers with disclaimers on them before. I would agree with scattaman's convoluted point, don't punish the masses for a small number of people who cant wait 4 days for an update.

Bottomline: Screw the whiners, re-upload the original trainer, and update it when yah get the chance. I mean you already put the time into it right, Cal?
