Link What do you guys think? Basically, it says if you use a third-party cheat program(I.e, you guys), they have the right to cut your access to your games, for violating their Terms of Service. Opinions?

Worth Playing has only been paranoid, it is for upcoming MMORPG's etc that is applicable to.

It will not affect single player titles.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

That was my first thought when I read that.

It is a possibility. Blizzard Entertainment went down this route as well and they do revoke licenses for using trainers in Single Player mode.
    Your bitterness, I will dispel

I did check, it is only for Online titles or games that have online achievements that help with prestige of a character (such as BF3 etc)

All we can do is hope. Good thing I only use trainers on really old games.

Any company likes to avoid PR nightmares. So, despite such a thing being well within their rights...they won't do it the single player aspect of games.

The legal disclosure always has to cover all the bases, regardless of what happens in actual practice.
In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'
