Yeah I understand that about the game..... Many times I wanted to punch some one because my timing was off slightly. Also sorry I can not help with Win 8 systems. I can only recomend trying my standard win 7 setup.
Steam and trainer in admin mode and tell the Security on the computer to ignore the trainer in Residential Shielding and scanning process.
