How do I add new skills to the tree? Do I just crate a new tree and it will work, or do I add to the existing tree, and do I have to remove other skills from the tree to get more?
Also, how do I increase the "certain items drop at certain points" as far as I've seen, items have been random.

open, and extract Data1.pak, inside are the maps for the game. Inside those folders are the loot tables, and the probability percentages of the items chance of dropping in the area. 'prob = 0.3' for example. They seem random, based on the percentage that they will drop. But some have higher chance rate than others. Not sure its a good idea to make them all higher chance.
Maybe if you after certain items, you could temporarily change the prob of that item to say 0.99 (99%) then change it back after you got it. Havnt tested it yet. I altered my skill of chance of upgraded items dropping to 99% in my skills, which is good enough. I might play more with it on 2nd play thru.
My fav alteratino to skills, is the chance of boomerang abiltiy. Now, everytime i throw a weapon, it always auto returns to me

Well I got orange weapons to appear in the metal boxes, but it doesn't seem to be all I get. I don't know why either. But it's mostly orange weapons. I just changed the numbers of the Lockpick 1,2,3 and Default to 2000. The only downside I can see is that I find mostly alcohol and if you like using molotovs that's not really a downside. Crafting parts have become scarce, so I'd just buy them and use the trainer to give 99 of them.

Lets say I want the critical chance from this to make it be say 50%. What line am I going to change and what would I be changing? If it has 3 levels do I need change different lines to affect those levels of skill too or what? It's mainly the multiple levels for the skill that confuse me with what to change.
