Just wondering, for those of you have played it, if this game is really as bad as the Cheatfactor review suggests? I enjoyed the previous CoJ title and was hoping this one would be similar...

I think its a bit extreme, but I've only been able to play it in like 2 hour bursts before I get tired of the same thing.

1 thing they were accurate on, the Driving sucks.

How are the graphics and the violence? And the guns? Thats really why we play this stuff, right?

2009-2010 graphics with everything maxed out. The gun selection is minimal, the aiming with the trainer good, without it sporadic.

Violence is ok, some blood, no visible physical trauma though. That's to be expected however. I would say overall this game is about a 5/10

This. I really believe that Ubisoft pushed for Techland to make another game after Bound in Blood proved to be a pretty good seller, and I personally loved it. And they've been putting almost all of their work into Dead Island, really.

All in all, if you enjoyed Bound in Blood... Don't get this one. It's just not good.

Hopefully just ubisoft making them make a game that cashed in on the trends for coop and upgrades et al. Not a bad game really, just a shame it leaves the wild west theme almost totally. It lacks the COJ magic IMO that came with the setting and the snarling cowboy villains.

Also, what happened to the treasure itself? Not a lot there of the actual call of juarez itself. Shame, but still a pretty fun game and maybe theeyll get back to the wild west some time

Oh yeh, at £20 its not as pricey as some of the other releases and probably a fair bit longer *cough* Call of Duty *cough*

If you enjoyed the other Call of Juarez games, then you will be disappointed . They have raped the series..

its kinda disappointing compared to its predecessors. beneath the gloss u start to see the cracks underneath. its playable...but doesn't feel very satisfying and somewhere in there there's a vague reference to the famed treasure of Juarez. i'd give it a 5/10.
