Warhammer 40k: Space Marine Message Board  

Anyone purchased the game with the Prima Strategy Guide on Steam? I have been trying to download the guide but nothing happens.

Just wanna check if this is just me or happening to everyone else.

unless they've changed things, you don't download the guide. While in the game, activate the steam overlay, and in the right upper corner you should see a button that says guide, click on it and it should show you the guide.

*nevermind, found it. Have to hit ctrl+tab.

Nothing there about the guide though when I do it. I sent in a ticket to the steam to see what's up.

Just emailed Steam support. Seems like a number of people can't find their guides too.

maybe it's because the game is not officialy released yet so any downloading feature of the game won't be allowed. Cmon steam i want to play! Error cant continue this instalation as game is not released yet, SIGH...... its now the 9th! its release day! sat here waiting for steam to move there ar### and activate so we can download n PLAY! see u on there guys look for me on Multiplayer woopin some A##

Remember that steam are based in america. So its not the 9th there yet.

According to the steam and official space marine forums steam is aware of the issue. Apparently there is a specific website where you need to go to download it. Ridiculous though that you pay $10 for something and are being ripped off at this time of that money.
