I found a another way of having somewhat infinite ammo. Whenever you go to the inventory and look at your weapons all weapons are set to 99 uses if the mega item option is also active. It will set your gun to have 99 bullets. So far I have not ran out of ammo but I am also saving the gun for use against tough opponents like thugs.

matrixx3172: on our version trainer doesnt work so only option is CoSMOS, by doing like this others how experience trouble with trainer, can get unlimited ammo, like i did 200000000 ammo ) with automatic ak 47, go smashing zmobies like hammer

Bleh the revolver sux, I got it as a reward from the guy who was owed money by some barman. He went on about how one shot will take out several infected (bullpooies artist), and it took me like 5-7 bodyshots to down just 1. The headshots don't even register properly.
