I can't get any of the version to work, I had the Retail 1.15 version, it says "activated" but it never processed the cheats...

trainer works fine for Steam game.....
if in Win 7, make sure you run the trainer (as always) as Admin (right click on file and choose Run as Admin) then run the game as normal.
