yeah seems that way. tbh talking about update suprised to see many still loyal to the dual core hyperthreads. i had one about 2 yearsback but upgraded to my current beast because i had so many issues with MW2 (yes i know BAAD game) and i could feel myself falling behind the market back then.

guess it depends on where you hobbies lie as to when and how you upgrade.

just to check. ppl with lag you guys using steam download only a cd download? only ask cause if you had to DL the whole game an early file may be corrupted or just screwed up in your download.

I'm pretty sure steam auto corrects the file integrity and automatically updates things unless you turn that option off.

I'm not sure if it's because of the new patch or what, but the lag and load times for me has suddenly reduced dramatically.

I always run "Verify Intergity OF Cache..." on steam on all of my games before playing. Even if you download the game before it came out I still suggest to run it. Any who going to stop posting about this now anyways getting no where it seems.

Just a heads up every time I turn around Deus EX: Human Revolution is always updating, when exit the game, or starting steam.

Lag is nothing for me. Load times meh do not bother me. Its a good game so I do not mind that little wait.
