I just want to know the cheathappens off topic opinions on the legalization of marijuana. I dont know about the other countries laws, but this topic is not just for USA

Sure, dibs not policing it though, that will be a nightmare, just like alcohol.

Just think of the culinary inventions if pot was legal... Not to mention the crime rate would go down because people would just be too stoned to want to leave their couch.

To be honest, I don't think it's such a bad drug, especially compared to other, stronger drugs out there. The only real objection I'd have to it is if young people (under 18 or 21 or something) were to use it, because I'm in the belief that it can affect the young mind while it's still developing. Maybe it's not true, maybe it really doesn't do anything other than making people all stoned and whatever, but better safe than sorry, right? Especially since a fair amount of young people who used the drug sometimes ended up with some sort of mental illness.

I could stand for it being legalized for medical purposes only, and for adults only, so long as it isn't abused. It probably would be anyway.

As long as there is a 21 year old age limit I suppose the druggies can do what they please.

Tax growth and sales, make it illegal to do it in certain public places or in a vehicle.
