First let me tell you this is a MOBA game, it's like DoTA and League of Legends. It's a fun game and worth every penny.

Having to relearn what every item is, new interface, and all the heroes again is too much effort.

Yeah I know what you mean, but you'll get use to it. Plus you can use mods on HoN to change the interface and stuff.

They also just recently updated the store to make it easier to navigate. I suck at this game, but it's pretty fun to play with friends.
