I'm getting a game running already black screen when i am about to run the game.SO when i am playing the game i can't get no menus,pickpocketing people i also don't get money or shop items too.How do i fix this?

NOw i am getting all my menus and everything else back but it;s flickers like crazy any ideas why?

Not sure, best ask Ubisoft it is there game and in a better position to help you.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
