First of all I'm sorry for my bad english, and now let me say something about the retire games.
Well i'm happy with the Cheat Happens service in general but this negative trend of retiring game honestly I dont agree at all... this is not anymore an amateur bunch of guys who love the games and playing around them but a professional site who take money from customers and the customers if they ask for something ineherent the service u provide u MUST satisfied the requests even if just a single customer is asking for something he's paying for. Or i'm wrong? No offense for anyone i'm just disappointed, if u don't have enough time to make trainers maybe it's time to search for new employees no?

    Best Regards

Maybe they could set up commission for retired trainers, that way they will still get paid for their time and effort for retired trainers.

    Let me explain...

Making trainers isn't a 30 minute job, it can take time, and with games being released especially on Steam on similar platforms usually fortnightly, there is NO amount of free time to do a trainer for every single game listed here.

Caliber who trains the games, has a life also he is not a 24/7 human being, we all have to sleep, work, eat etc as does Caliber.

If a game has not had a substantial update for 6 months-12 months then it is retired so other new titles can be done, and so the cycle continues. Only in rare cases are AAA titles are continued to be updated but even those have a life span.

Also it would mean installing and uninstalling and downloading the games to be updated and worked on, again those take time also.

Its supply and demand just like real life, if a supply of milk runs out, you can't magically make new milk appear.

As for more employees to work on trainers, unfortunately due to the security restrictions surrounding how the trainers are made and built that will be tough, since firstly there isn't a huge selection of potential people who know various forms of anti-cheating protections, methods of manipulating code etc. And secondly it is tough to trust someone new with something that could potentially open up a leak of trainers.

Also there is another option, learn to do it yourself, there is material in the Tutorials section at the top of the page, also plenty of material on the subject on the net.

As for taking money, show me another service who offers similar for a low price. What you get for your money is quite substantial, and one reason why a very very high percentage of unlimited users are happy. Only a small are unhappy because like yourself they are not happy that we aren't focussing on one of your old favourite games.

Well I'm agree with u when u say "old games" should be retired (and at least u should retire them with a working trainer for the last release not like the S.T.A.L.K.E.R that isn't working), but not when u retired some games just beacause the developers release patches over patches or the games are still alive and in the Steam events like Zombie Driver and others... just my opinion as a costumer. I don't know any other professional site about trainers but don't be so secure about the low cost cause the business it's not about the cost but about the service u provide to ur costumers... i would be happy to pay a bit more for a 100% complete service than a less and be unsatisfied. May I suggest one thing: don't care about FAQ's or Achievement list cause GamesFAQ is better... pls just focus on trainers, maybe u should redirect some of ur team to follow this kind of requests.

    thanks

In all fairness, I don't think you understand how this sector works.

"and at least u should retire them with a working trainer for the last release".

That is impossible, and trainers are worked on heavily to work for everyone, although there is some rare times where a trainer won't work for a select few people but works for everyone else, and when is the last time you can make a trainer for a "Last release"? You can't it's impossible.

A game could say have a patch v1.2 for a couple of years, and people think ok that was the last patch and boom v1.3 appears... Which is the last patch now?

Doesn't matter what you say about a games life, in another thread I was talking about Tachyon: The Fringe - its an old game but still has an active but small online community, but yet should that have trainers done for it if it was still active and partially updated?

How many are going to be kept active?

Then how are new trainers for new games going to be made?

    It's impossible.

As for the costs, yes although im not a paid member of staff, I am sure I speak for those who are paid by saying - We are secure in the knowledge that people get great value for money and it is a service, we offer trainers, we offer some tools to make your usage of the trainers easier, we try (mods and admin) to help you get your trainers to work, we offer a chat (which people asked for and nobody cares about now), etc.

The achievement lists and FAQ's are extra's for everyone, some FAQ's for games and some FAQ's for learning.

Although CH would love to make everyone happy, its a physical improbability to do so. As the old saying goes "You can make some people happy all of the time, but you can't make all people happy some of the time."
