I know it's a tad ridiculous to start a new thread for something this simple, but i just wish to know what it means with "super health / Increased health" does it freeze health at a certain level or simply just boosts health to a certain amount, or?

from what i've seen its supposed to make it ungodly large with a good regen rate so it doesn't go down. but magicka is up to V 1.4.0.3 now so the 1.4.0.2 trainer isn't working
