I read instructions and followed them also no issues with the options working themselves, but when it gets to a cutscene and i try to deactivate them it crashes the game. Was just wondering how to fix that since i don't know where all the cutscenes are or end of chapters.

I get same problem trainer options work but when level ends game stop's responding and has to be ended in task manager. me thinks the game may have an anti-cheat in the exe. Also SOMETIMES but not always I suddenly die and when that happens the game stops responding too. and cause I am new to this game I don't know when the levels end so I can't deactivate options prior to level end

Usually the cutscenes "introduce themselves", or at least you get a good hint that one's about to show up due to screen slowly blackening, dramatic happenings in the game, etc.
I knew of this problem beforehand (thanks to reading the board), and was able to go through the game without any crashes (except one, but I forgot to turn them off there).
You can even turn them off DURING a cutscene, at least that worked for me. Just don't smack all the buttons at once so you don't cancel the cutscene.
