I too am having issues with the latest trainer and updated version of this game, none of the options are working at all and I also had the issue where I lost my saved games which I managed to get back to the trainer still isnt working. Any ideas when this will be fixed as im tempted as a temporary fix to reinstall fear 3 without the updates and running the first trainer

Managed to get this working by uninstalling fear 3 and reinstalling then reinstalled the latest updates, tis working fine now so must have just been a dodgy update install

Wow...game has been running flawlessly with the trainer.....about half through and now, super health just up and quit on me...and the game freezes when I am killed. I tried deleting the game and reloading it, same prob....Dammit
It's all in the......whoops!

The majority of the problems are not because of the trainer. Its due the games coding. There are always a couple of steam games like this.

I am having the same problems now, unlimited ammo works but unlimited health doesn't. Anyone know why all of a sudden this has happened.
