Here's my 99+% game save -- the game says 100%, but I'm missing 1 pig snout and 2 memories. However, pretty much everything is unlocked.

I don't remember. I've been playing 1-3 hours every night since its release. However, it did take several days and two different FAQs to track down those last few elusive collectibles.
