Looks like I can't find a way to process to the next level - in a room where you can see moaning girls tied up in the center. I can only discover a rail gun.

Use your duke vision maybe, and look for a tunnel entrance/exit??

Also there are doors that you need to open (the butthole teeth like things..) with the purple glowing balls.

Look for Blue glowing jump pads, where you can bounce grenades off. There is one perticular purple ball that needs to be reached like this. There's a heap of grenades and to your left up high there a purple ball, but you can't reach it. In front of you there's a blue jump pad. Bounce a grenade off the jump pad towards the purple ball, detonate it and voila... the ball comes off the wall and falls at your feet. You then need to roll it all the way back from where you came and insert it into the door in order for it open. Hope this helps, it's about the only place in the hive that needed some out of the box thinking. The rest is pretty linear.
