I did run into a few problems when using this. During the Archenemy battles the Super Life, Reset Life and Drain Life affect the ally on your right while the Super Opponent, Easy Opponent and Reset Opponent affect the ally on your left. Instant Win does however kill you instantly.

That last boss is super cheesy. He has all these rediculous cards on top of the scheme things that are also rather annoying.
maybe a copule of them:
draw 2 cards per turn
draw 3 cards per turn
draw 4 cards per turn
more than that is not needed
The problem in question is a mere change in the trainer. I believe if you guys can make a "4 slot" trainer instead of a 2 slot, no one will complain! The game sees on duel player human and player comp as #1 and #2. On Archenemy, the game assigns the slots apparently as this: on deck selection you have Player, Coop #1 and Coop#2 vs the Archenemy. In game, slot #1 is Coop #2 and slot #2 is Player. This NEVER CHANGES, you'll always get with your trainer, player as "opponent" and Coop #2 as Player.
Now, the request is simplified: you get 3 keys for each of the 2 slots as is, is it REALLY that much of a deal to make the other 2 slots and prevent people from complaining all the time?
Please don't see this as a flame or whatever makes you guys freak out so frequently, I'm just pointing out the mechanics of the problem and just want to know if you guys can or can't do it.
