Seriously...

Does this mean it is time to upgrade to Win8 now and with IE10 for all gaming needs?

Although I've been using Chrome there is no BIG reason why.

I was putting this off until late 2013...but I don't have too.

Probably not. It doesn't matter which browser you use to surf the web as the trainer will use IE's technology to do it's authentication process (this isn't changeable).

Without access to what your environment setup is like, logs, etc, I cannot determine this at all (logs detailed to even the most mundane of things are absolutely invaluable for troubleshooting, without this it's like going to the doctor and telling him you have pain and offer no further details). Seeing that others have gotten the trainer to work successfully all we can tell you is to examine your environment to find out what's causing it to be blocked.

Is there a trainer that actually works?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there is a trainer for the Steam version of the game. I tried to use all three versions, two of the earlier ones crashed upon launching the trainer, and the latest one isn't working with the new game. Is there a work around to this? It says it's compatible with windows 7 as well, so I'm not sure why it isn't working.

Only the latest version of the trainer will run at all, and the game crashes every time I try to use it.

I'm using Windows 7 and have Microsoft Security Essentials installed.

Never had a problem with a trainer before this.
