One hit kills seems to disable some dialogue which results in relevent sections not loading. Otherwise works fine with it off. Some more options might be unlimited ammo on pipe bombs etc.

Oh yeah. unlimited sprint anyone?

Savegames are shareable, but you have to disable Steam Cloud.

For weapon overheat just load Vegas in Ruin and use the mounted weapon.
For car turbo overheat load Ladykiller or The Mighty Foot.
For underwater breath load The Clarifier or Blowin' the Dam.

Sorry to bother you, but recently
there have been clips on YT of PC trainers
for Duke Nukem Forever that are much better
than this one, but each of them with the links
enclosed always leads to a bogus site or even
a survey...for example, this clip here:Link
Whoever is in possession of these better trainers
is leading us all on an arbitrary wild goose chase
or just wants us to be left out to settle with second best.

I've been to other local trainer sites such as megagames.com
& even dr.olle's own trainer site...the trainers there are
less effective as I myself have tested their trainers personally.

In any case, is there anyone who wishes to comment
on this topic at hand?

Anyone with extremely basic knowledge of how to use almost any of the Visual Studio Express products from Microsoft can make a GUI interface to look like that but not do anything. Then all you have to do is upload it to such a website to trick users into doing a fake survey or paying for premium download to get free money.

All a scam.

Either these show-offs actually contribute
these trainers to sites like CH.com or at least
remove the annoying video clips.
