i am using Windows 7 and can't find the econfig.cfg file to edit for the cheat codes. where can i find this file?

its "config.cfg" and i dont add the seta thereisacow thing, instead i changed seta monkeytoy 1 to seta monkeytoy 0, and one more thing (actually 2 more)pen it using notepad and press CTRL+F >type in search box: monkeytoy. i think thats it
