Can someone tell me how to put the imperial guard race in the cheat mod?

What cheat mod are you talking about?
Give more details please.

I believe he is thinking of the original cheatmod for DoW2 that lacked the chaos race and did not have the added units for CR and the fact that due the recent update by Relic, the "Increase Popcap" option no longer functions at all. If someone could look into those tiny details this user would be extremely grateful.

Will anyone do this? I mean, add in the updated units and all... Oh, and i figured out what was wrong w/ the popcap, i was pressing wrong buttons. Any way it would be awesome if someone updated the cheatmod, just to have all the units would be good enough, let alone anything else. Thank you for the assistance and please post any updates.
