This is my first time posting here, I believe. Maybe second. In any case, I just wonder if there is a way to get 95% success rate for actions by your agents? I love using them, so it's just a thought.

I think I have seen 95% a few times but I was using my ninja sabotage a building.For armies it seems like the more generals an army has, the less chance of your agents have of successfully carrying a mission out. Just an observation during my games though.

if there are a few soldiers in the army/city, if your ninja's exp is high and if the target's exp is low, you'll get that percent!

The key to success in total war games is to manage tax well. Get high taxes from people and make sure that all of the cities are making soldiers. When some of your lands are safe, disband your troops and make them in front lines. Be a cunning ruler and forget about honor. Have 3 high exp ninjas and geishas. Be careful of the food. If you have ran out of food, annex a city immidiately. Attack from 2 sides. Take 5 heavy ships to anchor point and if you are powerful, attack european ships! They have some fantastic ships. Send your ships to enemies harbors and cut the trade routes. Do the same in land routes. If you like playing in battle mode, never choose various units, cuz you can't manage all of them. Be careful of your cavalry when facing spearman. Remember, attack from two sides, either in battle or in campaign map!
