Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.7 (GFWL 3.0), Auto-Hack Passwords, No Inventory W....

i have fallout 3 for PC i used the latest trainer at main menu i press f1 it says activated but when i press all the other keys to activate a cheat it doesn't do any thing could i have the wrong trainer how to know what version i have

Firstly as a rule of thumb don't start a new thread about trainer problems, keep it to the trainer thread that announced the trainer release.

As for checking the version of the game, go into the game folder and right click fallout3.exe and goto properties, check the tabs to find the version of the game you have installed.

i check my version of fallout 3 it says i have version 1.0.9.0 i updated it with patch version 1.7 so i guess i need to uninstall the game go back to older version if not tell me how to use the tariner for new version

Did you try the Retail+Steam trainer also?

yes i did and it actvited but when i try to use the desired keys it does say if those cheats are actvited or not get no errors,crashes at all

Why not just use the console command. You can easily set up a script where you just type in the script's name (you can name it anything you please) and get the effects you want.

"Fallout 3 nexus" has some decent cheat mods if you can't get trainer to work.

Or if you have DLC that gives a unique weapon or armor, you can edit them in GECK and give you massive stats etc.
