The cheats from Warband do work :
CTRL+H (battle) - refill player health
CTRL+X (Party screen) - add 200 XP <-- tho you don't seem to upgrade units like in Warband so this is for companions only i believe
CTRL+X (Character Sheet (Skill screen)) - add 1000 xp to current character
CTRL+Left click (Map) - Teleports you
CTRL+F4 - knocks out one opponet
CTRL+ALT+F4 - A goodly number of opponets get knocked out
CTRL+` (Map, Battle) - opens console

Well I promise you that there will be cheats that are in the console that can be used without the trainer. As for the trainer remember that only unlimited memebers get the lastest cheats.
no there was only a console on WB not in FS and IT SUCKS!!!!! i loved the cheatmenu it was so dam useful
