im playing the first mission back in the city and i have to shoot out some tires and it will not let me shoot them out any ideas ? is it the trainer?
You're supposed to shoot the car a few times and then shoot the cars gas tank to make it explode. You are talking about the red car at Mike Bruski's junkyard right?

ah my bad found out the problem had minimal car damage turned on. so very awkward
