Is this a laptop?
Cause you say 2.7GB RAM, then 1GB RAM.
If it is a laptop then the onboard graphic card don't think will run the game.
Have you tried the official forums of the developer? They would be in a better position to help you.
EDIT: I see laptop was mentioned, dunno how I missed that first time...
Only laptops I see from dell that uses that CPU is ones with either the Intel GPU or the Nvidia 160m, both of which are not good enough for Bulletstorm.

Bulletstorm is a very resource hungry game. that being said even if his laptop does have a gfx card a lot of games state very clearly in their Read Me Files that they don't support Mobility Gfx cards. that too could be a reason.

yesterday i downloaded bullet storm. it runs great and it does not closes it self.but in this bulletstorm i cant save my game progress because there is not any gfwl that does not launches and it says to sign in.in first bulletstorm i was able to sign in.and i tried bulletstorm official site there were not any discuss about this problem.iam thinking to setup windows xp.
