Post your results in the same thread. ((To copy and paste in the command prompt, right click anywhere in the window and pick MARK, then drag and highlight what you want to copy and left click and you can paste it in the forum -- just edit out the IP address of the 1st and 2nd hops))

trace route ran....longest ping was 66ms. So that's not an issue.

trace route I posted n taht thread you linked was 2nd traceoute - btw... lol first one I ran - longest return was 66ms. xP

Looks fine, so your not having peering/routing issues. And since it isn't software either.

Only thing I can think of is for Nevermore or Pwizard to check your account with the database to make sure it is showing fine.

Well CH staff are in talks with a provider to see if anything can be done, but it is also believed it may be something tied in with IE8/9 like an addon etc that may be holding the trainer back.

As you noticed with the trainer it has a part where it displays something from the web in the form of HTML.

So if you do have any addons on your Internet Explorer like toolbars etc try disabling them or uninstalling them. Or wait a couple of days to see what happens with the provider.

Yeh...I don't use IE. I did update to FireFox 4 though - think that might be the issue? I can try uninstalling FF4 and migrate my stuff back to FireFox 3.... I'll let you know what I find out.

Actually - before I mess with that junk. Do the trainers utilize IE extensions or something?

Yes, the trainer will use IE for authentication regardless of default browser.
