how is there no trainer for this game i mean this is cheat happens they always have a trainer so why

I think there was but people had problems.

Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

Console commands allow you to do much more than any trainer would allow! check the commands list to see how to use them. You can even use the TES Construction Kit to mod the game yourself relatively simply!
