move ships out of the convoy to edit them or edit them
before moving them into the convoy. Select the ship and then
press this key to open up the editor. If the data does not
look exactly correct, you may have selected a ship in a convoy
or a ship that is not yours. Maximum sailors value may
look unusual until you set it, this is normal. Edit values
and then press F1 to save the values. Press 'X' to close
editor. Make insanely powerful ships that move quickly, etc.
