I've finished Hawx 2 and I only have the 2 planes avialable in my hangar. I'm on level 20. WTF???? Where's the rest of planes? What do I need to do? No cheats were used.

Go to Pilot Records and then select PEC Rewards. There you can unlock planes and other abilities.
