Opinions? on Shadow Harvest: Phantom Ops PC Message Board - Page 1

So I know this only came out yesterday (or today, depending where you are) but has anyone played this yet? I'm on the fence as to whether to buy/pre-order it or not. It looks cool, but in the way that Alpha Protocol looked cool, but was only playable with a trainer and only the story saved it.

I'm playing the steam download version and have been killed many times already in the easy mode.It definitely needs a trainer.It seems like a mediocre war game so far.Its buggy also crashed 2 times already.Glad I only paid $35.99 for it,I would be very Peed off if it was a $60 game.

Sounds like I'll wait for the inevitable sale. We'll see what it's like with a trainer though.

Hmm...trailer of the game looks promising..so will check it out l8er.
Hopefully by that time trainer will already be out

The trainer will be available when it's ready, if there's going to be one.

This also isn't a trainer request topic. The CHU team tend to frown upon them because they're pointless (and annoying to the creators). If you want to make your own thread in which they can tell you the same and lock it go ahead, but this is for opinions on the game. Thanks.

Same thing happened to me, playing it on easy mode and got killed by just looking out of the window. The stability of the game is also questionable, got crash right after loading the game from the checkpoint.

Hi guys,

thanks for you comments on the game.

Any ideas as to why the game crashes? Memory leak, drivers, etc.? I suppose they'll fix it (eventually) by providing one or several patch(es)

Only pity that the real testing is done with us - the customers. I personally think this applies for more and more games.
