It's actually just a skin, but you'll find it in your inventory in the outfits section.
You don't get any health benefits from it, but it sure looks bad ass.

i can't find it there when i go to outfits it is there for pc when you the dlc?

In my version of the game (Digital Deluxe) it was already implemented, you may have to "buy" it for 0 Points in UPlay first, like I had to with DaVincis Disappearance?
Or whatever, just take a look at UPlay, maybe it's there ^^

not on uplay either maybe a new game will unlock it?
