Ok now I'm not sure what is going on, but I have been messing around with a tax cheat using CoSMOS, I have noticed that if I used it to say get gun tax up to 1 000 000% I would get a drematic unemployment rate...So I decided to be Zimbabwe.

I used the CoSMOS (I search float for this) to change the pet tax, how I do it is simple enough, if anyone needs a walkthrough how to do this let me know..

when I did it with Zimbabwe and had my ton of cash, I started increasing funding to things ext, I was on the research page, I started building a 100 new 30 people research centers. Each 100 would at least it said take 76 months. I ordered about 1000 10 each time spread over the country.

I then went forward a day, and noticed like 4 or 5 had already been built, so i stayed on the page skipped another day, and sure enough 5 more were build, with in a month I already had a 100.
So I ordered about a 100 or the 2000 people center. and with in a week I already had 1 when normally 1 takes at least 4 months.

I am not 100% sure if this is because of the tax hack, and I plan to mess with it some more, I also noticed that the pet tax hack has a lot less effect on my unemployment.
I have also tried this since with Australia (not as easy have to bribe a few to get the tax through) and the research centers are building just as fast.

I forgot to mention I have not really noticed it affecting any other construction area, just the research...

Further investigation my education construction is also much much fast, I just built like 11 unis in 1 day.

Sigh I post to much....anyway I notice that it is not because of CoSMOS but seems to be a bug.

I tried with no cheats or hacking the tax. I tried building 1 single 3 person research center. it took a month almost.

then I tried building a hundred and I had 10 with in a day or two.

I noticed it affects both research centers, and it affects the national museum, it does not seem to affect any of the health buildings though...I will test more, and post which ones I noticed are effected. By the way I am on the latest patch =)

what ever the bug is, it is affected by how much of the item you order at a time, say I order like 500 km of road, and I keep ordered that much till I have like 10,000 ordered It seems to build about 50 a day. While the intense Air port I can only order 5 at a time, (I ordered a 100) builds like 1 every 3 or 4 days.

Can you explain how to use CoSMOS to make tons of money? Does it work? I'm trying to cheat this game years since the first Geo Political Simulator.

well if your up to date with the most current patch, and are playing a country that receives aid from other country's (poor country, Ethiopia, China, many country's) You can you the normal cheat for money.

Just say I am Ethiopia and I want lots and lots of money.

I start as Ethiopia, I then scroll over to USA you have to be in game and have selected the USA so you should see their map in the top right hand corner.

Press and hold Shift and Enter

Type;

Longlivetotherightofinterference!

Exactly as above capital and !

this should change your control to the country you had highlighted. Now Scroll over to Ethiopia, right click it, look for aids, when you find it, max out the aids being given by the USA.

To then change back to Ethiopia, do same as above.
Select Ethiopia, so you see their flag in the top right hand corner.

I was more interested in cheating with CoSMOS. Wish I could increase the income of my country without ruining the economy of others. You can do this with a Hex Editor? You have mentioned a Tax Cheat ... I needed that Walkthrough.
