Does any1 know how 2 remove the extra abilities and specialization points? i used the trainer 2 add more points but apparently over-pressed the Add specialization and abilities keys :s.

I know "auto levelup" gets rid of the excess attributes points but not the others and that stupid arrow keeps flashing over the player icons which is the main reason.

Go here and download this file from this Link. When you install it, open the "editor.exe, then use that to open the save you want to change and then expand the tree to "GFF_/SAVEGAME_PLAYCHAR/SAVEGAME_PLAYCHAR_CHAR/SAVEGAME_CREATURE_STATS/SAVEGAME_STATLIST". Then you'll see a list of numbered items. Look for the *SAMP under the "TYPE" column. Then look next to *SAMP and you'll see two numbers, one follows the first after a comma. Here are the codes you'll need to look for:

    Attribute points = 0, 38

    Ability points = 0, 39

    Specialization pts. = 0, 40

Just expand the tree next to the one you need, click on the top number (not 38, 39 or 40), then in the change box at the bottom left, make it a zero (example, if you have 2, 38, change 2 to 0), save there, then click file, then save over the one save you opened. Always back up your save just in case.
