I'd have to say Zombies. Normally I'd side with Aliens - Technology is great and all - but sheer numbers wins in this one.

Aliens.
Zombies can't fly, and aliens would have had to fly to get here soooo... Unless they don't have any weapons.

Depends on what kind of weapons would aliens have. A hand grenade which could blow up a whole planet would do just enough.
