    Any way to skip them?

Certain quests contribute towards the main plot like the following cannot be skipped:-

    Spoiler:

    1) All the missions that are related to the decision on the Dwarven King.

    2) Ridding the Dalish Elves with their wolves problem.

    3) Rescuing Arl Eamon by getting the ashes.

So only quests that are given by NPC's that have no role over the main plot can be skipped.

You forgot one that also has to be completed and I can add a mod to one of you listed:

    Spoiler:

    4. Saving the Circle Tower (Broken Circle quest) from Abominations

On your Saving the Dalish from Wolves, you actually can save the wolves and the Dalish, or have the Dalish killed by choosing the wolves.

I wasn't actually listing all the quests relating to the main plot, I was just giving some examples - So obviously I know that I missed a few!

Also to skip side-quests, just ignore them and leave the progress where it is, you can proceed to main quests and you will be able to finish the game with no problems

There is also some mods in dragonagenexus that help with skipping certain core missions, for example one called "Skip the fade" Ive used that one on my playthroughs, as that part of the quest is extensive and boring after the 2nd time.

You can use the console to skip parts of the main quests by jumping to certain sections for example typing runscript zz_orz_debug bring up the commands for the orzammar quests allowing to to auto complete all 3 though i'd advise triggering them normally then using this to skip to the last part for example I start the 3rd quest then use this command and select to start it at the anvil of the void chamber saving me lots of pointless trudging and restarting when the game inevitably crashes
