Need some help here , but I'm not sure if this would count as spoilers so .. -->Spoiler:
So I'm inside the main spear at central park(dunno for sure) but I guess the end of the game ? Gould says I need to look for some cables/wires but I don't see any, and if I move from that ledge(where you have to crawl) I fall down and get dead. Anyone know what to do? I'm sure I'm missing something super-obvious but I just can't find it.

If you already sabotaged the left and right mini towers, and then the center one that pops up in the fountain, the tunnel/tube is right in front of the fountain towards the main spear.
