There's only 1 dlc that adds any missions to the game, and its not terrible, but feels like more of the same basically... You do get a new companion.

    Yes, that is Sabastian Vael.

He's an archer/rogue that left the Chantry.

Apparently, Male chantry members are treated like second class citzens as it's primarily females that get all the real power and glory pretending to serve the MAKER

I never liked Sebastian, he needs to nut up IMO, stop going through some internal struggle, I have to use the 'evil' options in convos just because he annoys me.

what about the DLCs? ..are they any good? ...

is there another part or another expansion pack coming soon?

maannnn ..that was wayyyyy tooooo short

i played as a rogue now started again as a warrior ...this time will play really slowwwww...doing every damn side quests and all lol

Yea there's just the 2 DLC's available (3rd is 'signature' items which you trash like 1/2 way into the first chapter).

The Price one was decent, its just a small handful of quests (3?), with some bonus interaction with other party members and other NPC's.

Black Emporeum is just an overglorified vendor (couple freebies, but more stuff you trash shortly in, even if you can afford it, cause its all expensive).

I think, Emporeum was meant to be released with some quest chains attached. The starter mail regarding it, mentions that they offer both 'rare items' and 'a means to acquire them', suggesting there were supposed to be multiple quests to either give some of those items, or just the gold to acquire them...

After finishing this game and then watching my wife play the first DA:O, I find this game to be a good showing of the definition of the word "Lazy". The SL's are too short and too repetitive, the maps are also repetitive to the point that they are the SAME FRIGGIN MAP!!! The characters are interchangable and bland. And lastly the arsenal consists of like 10 weapons of various colors.

All in all this game is an embarassment for Bioware, and I pray they don't half-ass ME3 like they did this one. If I spend the whole damned game of ME3 on Earth imma be so ****ed!!!

Lastly why is everyone giving this flash in the pan game such great reviews? Nifty, they upgraded the graphics slightly and added a character voice for your character. That's all they did.

I imagine the ending is left the way it is for an Expansion like they did with DA:O. They might close the story with DLC, but if it's DLC it'll only be 2 or 3 1-2 hour things (which may not even relate to the continuing story), whereas we got 15 hours with Awakening (even if it was as boring as watching paint dry).

I actually enjoyed DAII more than the original. Though there's no point in even discussing it really. The problem with gamers is it's very black and white - either you love a game or you hate it. One side doesn't listen to the other and it just goes on and on and on and on... =P

The only gripe that I'll bring up though, was that after the ending is all said and done, and you've left Kirkwall so you don't get sliced and died by the entire city, the credits roll and... you're back in your house. What the...?

Verric, confirms that they all leave the champion's side after traveling together for a while. But if your relationship with Isabella, is 100%, she offers the hero a place in her ship, after everything is over. Let's chew on that tit-bits until the next DLC.
