I've noticed something with my rogue. Whenever I use the Maker's Sigh (not sure if that's the correct name) to respec my attributes and talents and NOT choose evade and then save my game and reload it the game automatically activates the talent anyway, giving me an extra talent point should I respec again. Not quite sure if that's the only skill this works on for rogues or if other classes have something similar as well yet.
