I believe in people's own opinions/beliefs. So I decided to make a topic about what peoples perspect

I don't buy 2012, and think people are pouncing on every possible disaster like it's evidence. Disasters have always happened.

As for the future, I have a list of things I want to do. Nothing too fantastic really, but I do want to do a lot of travelling.

It's a hoax, concocted by new-age nutcases and targetted at the uneducated and gullible. I thought you would have heard that by now. The 2012 stories are a bunch of utter bilge. just don't believe this fairy tale.

Yes, that is only a "guess" as to what life will be like in the future but it is a very interesting read and I will like to read it in more depth later on (but not now because its late lol).

I'm sure we will see MUCH more advanced technology and perhaps even colonization of other planets as well...

The millenium bug was never part of the 2012 thing, just some random corporate spouting to try and force more sales.

Some motherboard did infact had problems back then and the clock just simply reset to 1990 or 1980 :P

Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

Perhaps some people have over complicated it all.

But the 2012 date has been in prediction for very long time, what when the mayans gave the date did you think they were new-age nutcases?

People don't think first thats the problem, on both sides, the believers and non-believers - nothing will change that, even your post shows what I mean, you didn't give pure evidence why you think it is wrong or a "fairy tale".. and just went on a rant instead :P

But in the end can't please both sides, so we will just have to wait and see what happens :P
