If you are running Windows 7 you might want to run it has Admin then it will work just fine that is what I had to do..

i don't know why, it's just CTD (crash to desktop) once i used options in the trainer.activating is fine. i tried everything from running as admin, disable Anti-virus, firewall etc.. but it keeps crashing. one thing i haven't done is system restore. anyone else experiencing the same?

edit: i done the system restore and the issue stills remain. other recent trainers like Assassin creed and homefront works fine though.

2nd edit: it's working after reinstall, i haven't face the crash after certain turns though. at least for now.

I'm going to ask a question.. And I don't want you to think that I'm calling you an idiot by asking it.

Have you gone into Options and removed the number pad keys from their assignments? If you look you'll see they are tagged with the QWASDE keys to move and rotate the battle and campaign map.

If you remove them (which is easy, click on them and press the present QWASDE key and it'll remove the num-pad one) you may find the trainer works.

It worked for me. Please, don't take it as if i'm calling you an idiot. I'm just presenting an option.

Coupla points to make clear, you may already know but just to be sure...
There appears to be a bug in the game that causes it to crash around turn 69 from what I'm reading. Nothing to do with the trainer there.
The trainer for the current game version when it 1st came out had a bug with unlimited movement option that caused a crash at end of turn. This has been fixed so if you havnt already - redownload the trainer.
Beyond that its just the usual checks for antivirus and version

Having mucked about with antivirus, keybindings, running as admistrator, nothing works. Does anyone know the problem?

New version of the trainer has been out since yesterday download to use the new one.

Sorry, I'm just a bit confused - it is my understanding that the build 3241.0 has been out for a while now but PWiz has taken the time to fix and upload an updated build 3241.0 over the weekend but the date has not been updated? In short: there are two 3241.0s and old one and a new one. Right now the new one is available for download?

If so I'll give it a shot.

Also, I have a question about the CTDs -

I've been getting them too and so I wanted to do some fact finding about why it happens. When I google about shogun 2 CTDs, one of the top results is The CH website. However, I feel as if this is more of a gaming code problem than the trainer. From who shouodmi be awaiting a patch?

Downloading the new trainer again fixed my problems. Weird, but cool.
