i've been a member for 3 years; never complained or criticized...maybe i asked about availability a couple of times here and there, but that's it.
On the financial side, you may have options: - i wouldn't mind paying an annual fee...lower perhaps than the lifetime rate, but still would be more balancing for you guys...a steady revenue stream than a "pay once and endure me for life" deal - why not have layers of membership? - why not have a price for custom trainers (hell, if i'm nuts and want a trainer for Tetris, why not put a price tag and average delivery time on it?) - Open up for donations (maybe you have it and i missed it)...i am sure the members who are more financially capable would be happy to contribute some "coin" to keep you guys happy, busy and fed
I am happy to help out in any way i can...i also have a job, hobbies (obviously), a wife, 2 dogs, a mortgage, etc...so i "feel ya".

Its just funny to see people complaining about missing cheats and such else for their current game. But if so many fellows show the same behaviour like myself buying a certain game after some hype at release day and after getting some problem which they seem unable to solve personally they try looking for the latest cheats/Trainers/hints and if there exists nothing like usual shortly after release they are crying and whacking around about some people. You will often see that in the Paradox forums I usually use and some others. Alone in the strategy niche market not many people are really interested to do some trainers or even looking for cheats so you will be not satisfied. IMHO I have accepted that it is better to play some games the hard way because you will get some decent experiences and a better insight in the game unlike cheating. As an old game addicted gamer I has very often used many cheats and related tools in the past to finish a game as soon as possible because the next one lurks around. And I personally own about 700 old games on the old floppies which are mostly fragmented nowadays and currently I own around 400 newer games on CD/DVD mostly strategy so I know about what I can talk. But sometimes like it happened to me with Empire TW you will soon get some trouble because a certain hyped game is simply totally buggy and in a state of pre-final that you can never play it. For that case I need often some help and in some of the community fansites like twcenter.net you will be offered sometimes good help but the developer often stopped that because of their legeal rights and such else. So I have looked for some better site like yours. I personally have about 20 years full of experiences with computergames in the strategy and rpg genres if someone needs some advice for some turn-based strategygames I can eventually help. If anyone knows the AGEOD titles or some Matrixgames titles or some Paradox titles I will offer some advice how to beat the AI or such else. For the AGEOD games i had still not found any cheat but you will not need anyone in my opinion. But you will be able to modify some files for the AGEOD games very easily and this will be true for some PDOX titles too.
As I know from my longtime experiences many "kiddies" like it to cheat to walk thru a game in a "godmode" and sometimes you will have no real time gaming because of doing some full job so people like myself needs some cheats...*grin*
But I have yet talked too much. I want to thank people like Chris for their good work because without you we would have no opportunity to see the endgame sequences of some games...*grin*
thx to you, fellows...

Personally i do not say much on ANY forum, i am what you might call a shadow, but i always read everything that is of interest. Without going into a long winded and non relevant ramble, i wish to point out that it is curious how many posts some people have made on this particular thread and also how many posts in general have been posted in this thread. Notice that in order for all these thank you posts it has taken the CH team to the point of saying 'We will no longer update the trainers' not a direct quote btw but you get my drift.
You guys should thank them just for doing what they do on a daily basis as PW posted earlier on, not wait for something like this to make you thank them, under appreciation has become all to apparent lately.
There is simply two ways to settle things if you don;t like how things work the first
A - is to politely ask if there is an update on its way (only if no other post has been made)
B - Is to get off your collective asses and make your own trainer or at least attempt to then perhaps you will understand how much work goes into each release.
That is all i really have to say on this subject.
Thanks to the CH team for the continued quality i know i can count on. On a personal note i think an added clause for constant flamers should be introduced with penalties such as limited 30 day bans and if continued perma bans to there accounts regardless of paying unlimited, im sure that would silent the mass flaming and complaining.
